Extended reception coverage
Reception performance runs up to 3 hours by default. To keep the band playing longer, extended coverage is billed per 30-minute increment, scaled to your lineup — arranged the day of, based on how the celebration is flowing.

Ceremony
Ceremony music & sound
Speaker setup, wireless microphones, and playback for your ceremony’s key moments. Battery-powered sound available for remote locations without easy power access.
Live solo guitar or piano — instrumental or with vocals — for your processional, entrance, and recessional. Pre-ceremony music included while guests are seated.
Save $150. Live ceremony music and full sound support, together for one price.
Songs outside our repertoire, learned and performed live for the pre-ceremony window.

Full-day custom packages
Most couples book the full day — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — so music and sound are handled by a single team from start to finish. Tell us what your day looks like and we’ll put together a quote.
Local resident discount
Save $500 — available for full-time South Lake Tahoe residents.
Travel
Travel within the South Lake Tahoe area is included. Events outside the immediate area may require a travel fee based on distance, schedule, load-in, vehicles, and lodging.
Deposit & payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the balance is due no later than the event date. Check or bank transfer preferred; cards accepted with a 3% processing fee.
